Althea McNish: Colour is Mine is a landmark retrospective of one of the UK’s most innovative textile artists and the first designer of Caribbean descent to achieve international recognition. McNish (1924-2020) had a successful career designing fabrics for Liberty, Dior, Heal’s and Hull Traders, but is under-recognised in the design canon. We designed the exhibition graphics integrating closely with the work of 3D designers Studio NYALI as well as the campaign design (posters, banners, print advertising) and accompanying exhibition hand-out.
